What are the requirements that I have to meet to be paid for a playtest?
There are 3 rules to making a great playtest:
- Play the game somewhere quiet (no background noise).
- Talk out loud about the game while playing and speak clearly.
- Complete the survey after playing and provide some detail in your responses (there is a survey to complete after every playtest).
Make sure that you talk throughout the whole recording. For example: Even if you have been asked to complete a 30-minute playtest, you will still need to continue talking through your thoughts if you record for longer than that. We will be reviewing the entire recording!
All payments are made though Tremendous, where you can redeem your reward as virtual gift cards, virtual bank cards, donations or as PayPal payments. As long as you have completed a playtest well, you can expect to receive the payment in up to 3 days.
