How To Install An Android Game

What you need to play Android games:

• A recent Android device
• Android 5 (Lollipop) or newer
• Headphones
• WiFi connection

Installing Android games

Once you were picked to participate in an Android game test, please follow these steps to play the game:

1. Follow the link

If you have received an invitation email for this test, it contains a button saying "Install the game on your Android device" that you can press. Be sure to open this email on your Android device!

Pressing the button will take you to the install page. If you received the link directly just click it or copy it into the Google Chrome browser on your Android phone. The link will look something like this: https://www.playtestcloud.com/participations/123456?auth_token=fa12e34bbcb56a12d111&email=email%40example.com&expire_date=12345678&with_account=false

2. (sometimes) Agree to the NDA

As the games that PlaytestCloud tests are confidential, you need to accept the terms of our Non-disclosure agreement to access the game test. To do this, please read the NDA, see if you can agree to it and then type "I accept" (capitalization does not matter) in the input box at the bottom. Once you did that, you will automatically be forwarded to the next page.

3. Install the PTC app, or if you already have the app, get started!

You'll be prompted to install the app from the app store or just continue with the playtest in app if it has already been installed!

4. Start the game

After the installation is complete, the game is available in between your other apps. The name might sometimes be a bit different from when you installed it. It should be pretty easy to spot though. Just tap the icon and start the app like any other. The next screens will explain to you what you have to do.
