Scams using Facebook and Telegram

Recently, we have found out that there is a Facebook page and Telegram accounts pretending to be the PlaytestCloud community managers. We do not use Telegram.

We will never ask you for any personal details such as your credit card info or your phone number: Your trust and privacy are the most important concerns for us.

We have been addressing this issue with both Meta and Telegram to ensure that you guys are not misled or taken advantage of.

If you see a profile that is asking for personal information please report the fake page to us at help@playtestcloud.com. You may also like to check out our FAQ about our tester contact methods and platforms, which do not include Telegram at all.
