If you ever receive a playtest invite or screener survey and you're not sure if it's from us, please get in touch with us at help@playtestcloud.com. We will be able to look at your profile and see if it was legitimate.
We will only contact you through the following ways:

- On our TikTok account, @playtestcloud.official
- Through responses to your comments on our PlaytestCloud tester Facebook account, or
- Responses to comments on our tester YouTube channel.
Our tester FAQ's are also a trusted source for info, as well as our general PlaytestCloud YouTube channel.
If you are contacted through any other method, whether inviting you to a playtest or providing info about how playtesting works, please let us know. We will only get in touch with you using the methods listed above.
