I've completed a screener survey - where's my playtest?
Testers are only officially invited when they have received an email invite with a title like "We have a new playtest for you". This is also true if you have given availability for an interview or said you are available for a multiplayer playtest: you are only officially part of that playtest when you receive an invite.
If you do not receive an invite with the link to the game or interview, you unfortunately have not been chosen to take part.
What if I need to do something at a time I've said I'm available?
Please bear in mind that we do not want you to stop doing your everyday things in order to be available for potential playtests. For example, if you have told us that you are available on a particular date and time for an interview. Once you have received an invite, of course you should keep it free to take part. However, if you still haven't received the invite and it's very close to the time, you can assume that you are not invited.
Just as a side note, if you receive an interview invite but are no longer able to make it, please let us know as soon as possible. Interviews have a useful "Can't make it?" link in their invites, through which you will be able to report that you can't make it.
Cancellations
Cancellations for interviews can occur and we'll inform you of them via email. If a cancellation is within a few hours of the scheduled session then you will receive some of the reward amount. Please speak to the community team at help@playtestcloud.com if you have any questions.
