I've completed a screener survey - where's my playtest?

Testers are only officially invited when they receive an email invite with a title like "We have a new playtest for you" or "You have been invited to the focus group". 

This is also true if you have given availability for an interview session or a multiplayer playtest: you are only officially part of that playtest when you receive an invite.

If you do not receive an invite with the link to the game or the interview/focus group session, you unfortunately have not been chosen to take part this time.

What if I'm no longer free during my given availability?

We don't want you to hold off on doing something important in order to be available for potential playtests. If something comes up that needs to be taken care of, please do give that priority.

If you receive an invite for a scheduled session but are no longer able to make it, let us know as soon as possible. Interviews have a useful "Can't make it?" link in their invites, through which you will be able to report that you can't make it. Or you can contact our Community team at help@playtestcloud.com.
