Important: Verifying your profile for kids playtests!

After you've added your child to your profile, you'll need to verify your profile.

When verifying, you are giving consent as the child's parent or guardian, allowing them to take part in our playtests.

Steps to verifying your profile

  1. Once you've added your child to your profile, you'll see this screen which will prompt you to move on to verifying:

  1. Tapping on 'Verify' will take you to the possible methods through which you can do this, for example by signing into PayPal or requesting a phone call. Here's an image of what some of those look like:

  1. Once you've completed the process through your selected method, you'll be informed both via email from us and on-screen as shown here:

Why do I need to verify my profile?
