Receiving rewards through Tremendous - how does it work?
There are 3 stages to receiving rewards after you've completed a playtest well. You will be notified of all of these via email.
The 3 stages are:
- You'll receive a payout notification from us to say that your reward is on its way! You do not need to do anything at this point.
- We'll then email you via Tremendous, at which point you can redeem your reward. You can choose your reward type from the many options available.
- Tremendous will then email you when your reward is ready!
If you select to receive your reward through PayPal, you will receive an additional email from PayPal stating that you have received a payment.
Who are Tremendous?
Tremendous is a payouts platform, enabling businesses to send money, prepaid cards, and gift cards to people around the world, fast. Used by researchers at Google and MIT, marketers at Casper and Lyft, and institutions like United Way and the Federal Reserve Bank, Tremendous has orchestrated nearly 10 million payouts.
Through Tremendous, PlaytestCloud is able to offer a choice of playtest rewards that are accessible in a simple and intuitive way. You are also able to donate your reward to charity!

Can I combine my rewards and redeem them together later on?
Testers won't be able to combine their payments and redeem them as one when they wish. This is because Tremendous, our designated payment provider, doesn't have that feature.
However, if you would like to do this, there's the option to personally contact Tremendous and give them your feedback. This way, it is more likely that they will add this feature in the future.
The results are in USD - will I be able to get rewards in my own currency?
All playtests invite will show the reward in US dollars, as this is the default currency used by Tremendous (our reward provider).
If you redeem your reward and you are in a location that doesn't use USD, the amount will be converted to your local currency using the current Fixer API exchange rate. This uses real-time exchange rate data, updated every 60 seconds.
On receiving the email to redeem your reward, you will be able to choose how you want to receive it (whether through PayPal or as a virtual reward card). During these steps the conversion will be shown.

What info will I need to provide to redeem my Tremendous rewards?
You will need to provide your email address, full name, and a valid home address (P.O. boxes are not allowed.) You must also read and agree to the Cardholder Agreement.
The rewards are subject to certain federal banking rules and regulations, so Tremendous is required to obtain a minimum amount of information from customers. In addition, the information you submit will be used as the billing information for the card.
Tremendous is a tried-and-tested supplier of payments for companies around the world and takes the security of your information seriously. Please be assured that information entered on the website or through the app meets banking and industry standards.
How do I check the balance on my Tremendous reward card?
You can check your balance by accessing your card page. Your card page will display your card information, current available balance, and transaction history.
Your card page is only accessible via email. To check your balance, click on the blue "view card" button in the email you received from Tremendous
