Completing a paid standalone survey
Once you've successfully completed a standalone survey playtest (so a playtest that is only a survey, with no recording steps), you will not receive a confirmation email from us.
Instead, once you've tapped on submit, you will see a message on your screen that says "Thank you!". This is confirmation that you have done everything.
You will get your results and/or payment within 3 days of completion.
If you don't see the "Thank you!" screen after tapping on submit...
... you will remain on the survey screen. This is because there is an error with one of your responses. Please scroll down to check out the responses, ensuring that you've answered everything.
If there are written responses you've provided that aren't long enough, this will be alerted to you with a red error message.
