I'm trying to redeem my reward through Tremendous, but I'm seeing an "invalid email" error

I'm really sorry to hear that you're having this problem! We looked into this and noticed that if an entered email address has a space after it, the "invalid" error will show.

So, for example, the email address should be:

"help@playtestcloud.com"

Not "help@playtestcloud.com " (with a space after the email)

Please go back to the redemption form and make sure that there aren't any spaces after the email.
