"Invalid broadcast session" error

If you're seeing this error, it sounds like you may need to grant the PlaytestCloud app access to some of your device's hardware or other features. You could also check that there's enough space on your device as other testers have found that this helps. 

Please check the following:

Review or change access to the microphone and other hardware features

1. Go to Settings > Privacy.

2. Tap a hardware feature, such as your Microphone.

The list shows the apps that requested access. You can turn access on or off for any app on the list.

Please also ensure that you have granted permissions in your settings for the PlaytestCloud app. Once these are done, you should be able to record successfully. Do let us know if you continue to have any issues, though, at help@playtestcloud.com.
