Why was my interview cancelled?

We're sorry to hear that your interview has been cancelled. Unfortunately we most likely have very limited info on why this can happen, as this is normally something updated from the developer's/interviewer's end.

If you have been completely honest when responding to your screener surveys...

... please be assured that it's nothing that you could have prevented. It will also not affect your standing as a tester in any way. Interviews can be cancelled due to anything from the interviewer being unwell to them already receiving enough responses to them realising that they want to change something before conducting the interviews.

If your interview session was cancelled by the interviewer within 24 hours of it taking place, you'll receive half of the reward amount as thanks for the time you put aside. This will be paid automatically.

Be careful: Your time slot will be cancelled if you become unsubscribed from our automated emails. This is because our system won't be able to provide any updates.
