"Please enter a valid email address" Issue

You'll get this message if you haven't correctly written your email address or if you still haven't signed up with us.

Ensure that you are entering the email address that you signed up to PlaytestCloud with in the box. This is important because otherwise we will not be able to connect your profile to your app.

Also check that you have spelt everything correctly, included any periods that feature in your email address, and remove any spaces that are after your email address. You should then be able to continue!


Do allow some time for the login email to arrive, but if it takes any longer than an hour then get in touch with us at help@playtestcloud.com so we can look into the issue further.
