Cancellations for interviews can occur - if your time slot is cancelled, we'll inform you via email. If a cancellation is within a few hours of your scheduled session you will receive some of the reward amount. Please speak to the community team at help@playtestcloud.com if you have any questions.

Be careful: Your time slot will be cancelled if you become unsubscribed from our automated emails. This is because our system won't be able to provide any updates.
