Selection Process for Interviews/Interviews with gameplay (Live Playtests)

Here are the steps for getting chosen for these playtests:

1. You receive a screener survey, which is used to see if you fit the target demographic for the playtest. This is based on your gaming experience.
2. If you're chosen to take part, we'll send you another email asking you to confirm your time slot.
3. Once that's confirmed, we'll then send you an invite with a title like "We have a new interview for you". It will include the reward payment, the time and the link to join.
4. You'll then receive an email 24 hours before the scheduled time, asking you to confirm that you are still able to make it. If you don't confirm, the slot will get reassigned.
5. You are then ready to take part!

If at any point you are unable to attend a scheduled interview/live playtest, please let us know as soon as possible using the "Can't make it?" link in the email invite? Any non-attendance will negatively affect the chance of future invites.

Cancellations for interviews can occur, so please check your emails regularly in the lead up to a scheduled interview. If those cancellations are within a few hours of the scheduled session then you may be able to receive some of the reward amount. Please speak to the community team at help@playtestcloud.com
