After giving availability for an interview: How to know if you're invited

Thanks so much for giving your availability! Do bear in mind that providing your available time slots in a screener survey does not confirm a session.

Next steps after providing availability

  1. If you're chosen to take part in an interview, we'll send you another email asking you to confirm your time slot.
  2. Once that's confirmed, we'll then send you an invite with a title like "We have a new interview for you". It will include the reward payment, the time and the link to join.
  3. You'll then receive an email 24 hours before the scheduled time, asking you to confirm that you are still able to make it. If you don't confirm by the time mentioned in the email, the slot will get automatically reassigned.
  4. You are then ready to take part!

Get set up nice and early

Once everything is confirmed, make sure that you set up for your interview. Issues may arise, so doing this at the last minute is not advised. You are responsible for the app being prepared or for reporting any issues with the app as early as possible.

Can't make a scheduled interview?

If you're not able to attend please let us know as soon as possible using the "Can't make it?" link in your invite email.

Interview cancellations

These can occur, so please check your emails regularly in the lead up to a scheduled interview. If those cancellations are within a few hours of the scheduled session then you will be eligible for some of the reward amount.
