I can't attend my scheduled Interview/Live Playtest

If you are unable to make it to an interview/live playtest that you have been invited to, please let us know as soon as possible using the "Can't make it?" link in your invite email.

This will let us know that we need to find another playtester to fill the time slot.

Cancellations for interviews can occur, so please check your emails regularly in the lead up to a scheduled interview. If those cancellations are within a few hours of the scheduled session then you may be able to receive some of the reward amount. Please speak to the community team at help@playtestcloud.com
