How do I join an Interview or Live Playtest (interview with gameplay)?

Your invite email and all reminders will contain the link that you can use to join. Here is a screenshot to show you what you need to look out for:

In order to join, you'll need to have the PlaytestCloud recorder app installed on your device - fully updated - and some headphones at hand, ready to go for when the time comes!

If you're not able to join the session, please let us know as soon as possible using the "Can't make it?" link in your invite email.

Cancellations for interviews can occur, so please check your emails regularly in the lead up to a scheduled interview. If those cancellations are within a few hours of the scheduled session then you may be able to receive some of the reward amount. Please speak to the community team at help@playtestcloud.com
