How do I join an interview or interview with gameplay?

Your invite email and all reminders will contain the link that you can use to join.

You'll need to have the PlaytestCloud recorder app installed on your device - fully updated - and some headphones at hand, ready to go for when the time comes! It is your responsibility to have everything ready, reporting any issues that arise to us at help@playtestcloud.com.

Can't make it?

If you're not able to join the session, please let us know as soon as possible using the "Can't make it?" link in your invite email. This is so that we can find a replacement tester. If you are a no-show, this can negatively affect your playtesting profile.

Cancellations for interviews

These can occur - we'll inform you of them via email. If the cancellation is within a few hours of the scheduled session then you will receive some of the reward amount. Please speak to the community team at help@playtestcloud.com if you have any questions about this.
