"This playtest is paused due to technical difficulties" - what does that mean?

Unfortunately, due to some issues that testers have experienced, the playtest has had to be paused.

Our engineers are looking into the issue and we'll send you an email when it is running again. We're unsure how long that will be, but we thank you for your patience in the meantime.
