Receiving rewards through Tremendous - how does it work?
There are 3 stages to receiving rewards after you've completed a playtest well. You will be notified of all of these via email. Don't forget that rewards will be processed through Tremendous, our reward provider.
The 3 stages are:
You'll receive a payout notification from us to say that your reward is on its way! You do not need to do anything at this point.
We'll then email you via Tremendous, at which point you can redeem your reward. You can choose your reward type from the many options available.
- Tremendous will then email you when your reward is ready!
If you select to receive your reward through PayPal, you will receive an additional email from PayPal stating that you have received a payment.
