How do I get my playtest reward?

When we send you a reward for playtesting, the email will give you instructions about how to redeem it. As long as you have completed a playtest well, you can expect to receive the payment in up to 3 days.

Step 1: 

Look out for an email from Tremendous with the subject line: "PlaytestCloud sent you a reward - $x". Open the email and click on the "Redeem $x" button.

Step 2:

After clicking the button in the email, you will be directed to a webpage. Once there, click on the "Redeem $x" button again.

You will be presented with a list of payout options (see screenshot below of what that looks like). Select your preferred option. Finally, follow the on-screen instructions provided to successfully receive your reward.
