I haven't received a login email through the PlaytestCloud app!

We’re sorry that you’re having trouble with this. Please ensure that you are entering the email address that you signed up to PlaytestCloud with. This is important because otherwise we will not be able to connect your profile to your app.

Also check that you have spelt everything correctly and included any periods that feature in your email address. 

Do allow some time for the login email to arrive, but if it takes any longer than an hour then get in touch with us so we can look into the issue.
