The app says my upload is complete. I haven't received a confirmation email yet

Once your upload is completed, the next step depends on the type of playtest you're doing.

If your playtest only requires one recording session...

... we'll send you a link to the final survey when we have received your recording. Once we have your survey responses too, we will then send you an email stating "We received your recording". This is confirmation that we now have everything that we need to review your playtest.

If you have not received this email, the upload needs to continue. If you're recording through the app, leaving it open can help. Do bear in mind that recording more will make the upload take longer.

If your playtest is longer, so requires multiple recording days/sessions...

... your progress in the playtest will be shown in the app or indicated by the upload status in the notification section of your device. In longer playtests, we only send out a confirmation email once the entire playtest has been completed.
