Who are the game developers?

Many game developers come to us to get a better understanding about how their game is perceived. Because we have an NDA agreement with all of them, we cannot discuss the studios themselves or the games tested. 

We at PlaytestCloud are not game developers - we work with them to get data about how they can improve their games!

What are the game developers testing for?

Playtests can be set up for a number of reasons and at all stages of the game's development.

The reasons for testing often include playability of the game or how players respond to the characters in a games. They can also request that testers trial certain aspects of a game, for example the tutorial, or trying out a seasonal update to the game.
