Which payment provider do you use?

We reward our testers using Tremendous, through which you can redeem your rewards for either virtual gift cards, virtual bank cards or PayPal payments.

We do not want you to have to provide any sensitive financial information, such as credit card or bank account numbers, so all you need to do is choose your reward and then enter the email address where you would like to receive it.

We will still need testers to supply a PayPal account on signup: All we ask for is the email address connected to that account. We also need your postal address for our internal bookkeeping as part of German tax law. We will never share this information and won't contact you by post.

Keep in mind that PayPal is not available in every country and you do need to be 18 years old to create an account. 

As long as you have completed a playtest well, you can expect to receive the payment in up to 3 days.
